Village Parkway Dental has been serving the Denton County communities of Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Denton, Corinth, and Argyle since 2006. Dr. Shane Mason
Dr. Mason has designed his office to feel more like a spa than a dentist office by offering his patients a soothing and relaxing dental experience. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available to help patients feel more comfortable. Dr. Mason partners with his patients to create the right oral care plan customized to each individual’s health concerns, desires, and budget.
Dr. Shane Mason earned his degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. He taught high school biology prior to attending graduate school at the Texas A&M Health Science Center – Baylor College of Dentistry. Education is a high priority for Dr. Mason; he still takes advanced courses in dentistry to stay up-to-date on procedures, techniques, and technology. He wants his patients to know they are in the best of hands.
Dr. Mason is married to Sarah Kathryn and they have two young sons, Townsend and Hayes. He and his family reside in Highland Village.

Dr. Ashley Snyder
Dr. Ashley Snyder was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Miami University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Nutrition with a minor in Pre-Medical Sciences. From there, she completed Dental School at The Ohio State University and graduated in 2022 with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation, Dr. Snyder was accepted into the well-respected Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Texas A&M in Dallas.
A week into her residency program, she met her now fiancé Layton who is originally from Argyle. She now would like to consider herself a “Texan,” and loves exploring all that Dallas and the surrounding suburbs have to offer. Dr. Snyder has an older sister, Dr. Alyssa Snyder DDS, who practices in Denver, CO and their parents reside in their small hometown of West Jefferson outside of Columbus, OH. When not in the office, you can find Dr. Snyder walking on the Katy Trail, traveling to see friends and family or cheering on the Buckeyes!
